Female elephants are known for staying close to one another. When one is struggling, the others gather around her, offering protection, support, and companionship until she's ready to move forward again.
That felt like the perfect symbol of lifelong friendship.

The Let Them Theory
Mel Robbins
This book felt like such a deep exhale for me.
One of the biggest reminders was that we don’t have to carry responsibility for everyone else’s choices, reactions, or emotions. Sometimes peace begins when we loosen our grip a little and let people be who they are, while finally making space to care for ourselves too.
If you’re in a season of overthinking, over-carrying, or feeling emotionally stretched thin, this one really stays with you.
You Are A Badass
Jen Sincero
I love Jen Sincero's sarcastic humor and no-nonsense approach because she has a way of making personal growth feel fun instead of overwhelming.
I've listened to this audiobook at least five times (and yes, usually at 1.7x speed 😮), and I still walk away with a new reminder every time.
This book feels encouraging, funny, honest, and empowering without taking itself too seriously. It gently reminds you that it's never too late to believe in yourself, try something new, or create a life that feels more like your own.
Definitely one of those books that leaves me feeling more hopeful, confident, and energized afterward.
