But it hasn't always been this way…

I spent years being the woman who held everything together. I had routines, responsibilities, and endless lists, but my own name wasn't on any of them. I was showing up for everyone else… except myself. And somewhere in the middle of it all, I realized I felt completely drained on the inside, even when everything looked fine on the outside.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to overhaul my life and started taking small, compassionate steps back toward myself.
